Case Study
We digitally live scribed a conference for East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust.
We’ve worked with ESNEFT (East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust) multiple times over the last few years, and our trusted relationship means that we are their go-to for visualising events and conferences. This time we supported them by capturing the Faculty of Education’s first internal conference with a digital visual to document the day.
Previously, we captured the ESNEFT events with pen and paper, but after discussing how and where the visual would be used, we decided that a digital response would be best for this conference.
The event was spread out all day with different speakers and workshops across different rooms, and the team wanted to have the visual displayed on screen and shared with attendees, so working digitally allowed us to be flexible.
Before the event, we discussed the agenda for the day with the client and put together a template based on this and the main themes.
Ellie P arrived at the conference and got stuck in live scribing a digital visual using her iPad.
She listened to speakers and created a visual that captured the energy of the day with all the key insights in one place.
Ellie spoke with attendees about their learnings and immersed herself in the workshops.
We enjoy capturing these conferences because the ESNEFT teams are always engaged and interested in getting involved. There was much discussion about types of learning and our work was referenced when supporting visual learning styles.
After the event finished, the visual was shared with all the participants and members of ESNEFT who were unable to attend.
By having a digital snapshot of the day, we kept the conversation going and gave people a visual reference of the conference. We had amazing feedback from both attendees and the client, who loved what we created.
We have a longstanding relationship with ESNEFT and we’re looking forward to working with them again.
The client, Chis Bones said:
"Huge thanks to Lim, with special thanks to Ellie Pritchard and Ellie Chapman for producing this fantastic piece and for helping us showcase the energy and spirit of the day."
We were fortunate to have the incredibly talented visual scribing company Lim join us for our ESNEFT Lifelong Learning event and capture the day in a creative detailed visual representation. Their amazing work really brought the discussions and insights to life.
