Rather than focusing on theory, the course is designed to be practical from the start. You’ll learn simple, effective tools and templates that you can use immediately in your own meetings.
Yes. The course is designed specifically for this. We tackle common issues like unfocused discussions, lost ideas, and unclear outcomes by making thinking visible.
It’s practical. Every module includes tools, exercises and templates so you can put your learning into practice straight away.
This is a safe-paced course. The online learning element should take around 6-8 hours to complete. The real learning comes in real world practice which we recommend happens between each module. Therefore, you might take 4 weeks to complete the whole course thoroughly.
Lumin isn't a facilitation skills course, although it does include some facilitation frameworks and techniques.
Its primary focus is helping you understand why visual thinking works and how to use it to improve your meetings.
Whether you're an experienced facilitator or simply someone who leads meetings and teams, Lumin will give you practical tools to strengthen the way you engage groups and move conversations forward.
You'll have access to the course for 12 months from enrolment. You have the option to join the community at any point after enrolment to continue your learning.

Helen is a facilitator who works visually, developmentally and creatively with leaders with 30+ years experience.
Helen is a co-founder of Lim's parent company, The Facilitation Partnership, and is the author of The Meeting Book.
