How to: perform our best at work and life

Paris Olympics 2024

We loved watching the Olympics and the Paralympics. The teams, the dedication and perseverance, the wins, the emotion, the endurance, the sheer variety of sports and being the absolute best in your field.

Our Founder, Ellie, is a long-distance triathlete, and the impact of sport on productivity at work is something that’s on her mind a lot. She even wrote a piece on leadership lessons earlier this year, taken from her own experience of competing.

Our curious minds have been reading, listening, watching and absorbing all the content surrounding the Olympics, and what they can teach us about how to perform our best at work and in life.

We've created this sketchnote with the top tips on how to smash work and life like an Olympian.
