Communication visual - storymap
The Royal British Legion had moved to a new HR offering – moving from a reactive, traditional HR model to a strategic focused, proactive People Business Partner model, supported by Shared Services. They needed to explain how staff accessed the new service, what staff could expect and what Royal British Legion would expect from them. It was a completely different way of working for their 1,700 staff and it was critical they could embed this approach quickly so they continued to offer excellent service.

How we worked
Royal British Legion had a really clear (and short) timeline, so we scheduled meetings to discuss each iteration of the visual.
We worked very closely with the team to understand the ask and reflected their conversations in our work. They also offered guidance and ideas to get to the final visual.
The client used the map as part of their comms plan and it supported their presentation to key stakeholders and staff. It’s also on their Intranet as a reference guide for staff.
The map made sure staff understood the access routes into the new People Team and the outcomes.
"Together, we produced an excellent visual."
Mandy Heal, People Director, Royal British Legion
The Facilitation Partnership
The leader of a large regional leadership team planned a two-day offsite to bring his team together with the purpose of unlocking the power of their potential as one connected and collaborative team. Facilitated by Helen Chapman of TFP and partnered with Ellie Chapman who would bring conversations to life visually.
Airbus
Airbus were sponsoring an internal hybrid event and one of their key leaders was giving a 15-minute speech. They needed to find a dynamic, creative and excited company ready, willing, and able to efficiently take on the challenge in a very short lead time.
