The brief

The Meetings Show (TMS) wanted to create a feature that told the story of their exhibition in a visually appealing and easily digestible manner. It also happened to be their 10th edition and they were looking at how they could bring the brand and content to life at the physical show. They wanted to create something that would encourage social media interaction with hashtags and handles.

How we worked

Before

We worked closely with TMS to identify aspects of the exhibition they wanted captured within the visual. We used our expertise and knowledge to guide them through this process and worked out the most important features they wanted to share.

During

Throughout the actual show day, Lim was proactive in finding new and interesting features to include which fitted the brief. We were also really engaging with the exhibitors and visitors and were seen as an extension of the TMS team throughout the show.

After

The high definition digital image provided post show allowed TMS to share and create more content off the back of the show.

The all-important results

TMS got a beautifully-curated visual snapshot of their exhibition that gave attendees a social media photo opportunity. The piece told the story of their 10th edition and they loved the finished product so much that it now takes pride of place on the walls of their office. Anecdotally, TMS have had lots of amazing comments on the feature as well as attendees looking to have something similar at their own events.
